Illinois Joins Effort to Block ACA Rule Rollback

WASHINGTON DC – Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul, along with 20 other attorneys general, are warning the Trump administration against stopping new rules for the Affordable Care Act. Last year, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services published a Final Rule that would increase patient access to state and federal exchanges under the ACA. The Trump administration is making an attempt to undo the implementation of that rule.
