SPRINGFIELD – Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul is urging Congress to take action against organized retail crime. Leading a bipartisan coalition of 38 attorneys general, Raoul signed a letter calling for legislation to help states combat the growing issue, which has led to more than $121 billion in financial losses nationwide.
