Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department Mourns Death Of Firefighter

HARLEM —  The Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department is mourning the death of a firefighter.  Officials say firefighter and paramedic John Morgan died while at work yesterday, but not in the line of duty.  The department said the 53-year-old dedicated his life to others.  Funeral arrangements are pending.
