ROCHELLE – Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County said the next home build will take place in Rochelle. Sheri Anspaugh, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County, announced where the next house will be on Sunday.
“We’re excited because we’ll be doing our next house in Rochelle. We’ll be opening up applications and that’ll be late in the fall and hopefully have our new homeowner by Christmas this year,” she said.
The currently vacant lot on Avenue H was donated through funds from Holcomb Bank, Stillman Bank, Central Bank and the City of Rochelle.
