ROCKFORD — Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois has named Jodi Dahlke as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 2025. Dahlke, who most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer for Girl Scouts of Northwestern Great Lakes in Wisconsin, brings over 30 years of experience in business leadership, with a background in strategic planning and volunteer management. Her career also includes roles in various business sectors, focusing on operations, employee relations, and community development. Dahlke will make her first public appearance at the organization’s Annual Meeting on April 26 at NIU’s Barsema Alumni & Visitors Center in DeKalb.
