OREGON — Isabella Thiel, a graduate of Forreston High School who plans to study nursing, has been awarded the 2025 Illinois Sheriff’s Association scholarship for Ogle County. Sheriff Brian VanVickle presented the $500 scholarship, which supports a local student attending a college or university in Illinois.
