Officials at Forreston High School have named Robert DeVries as their new boys head basketball coach.
He takes over for Jake Groom who resigned after this past season.
DeVries was an assistant coach in the program this past basketball season. He graduated from Forreston in 2015 and also a former assistant coach at Quincy University.
Former Forreston boys head basketball coach, Jonathan Schneiderman, will be 1 of DeVries assistant coaches next season.
