Flagg Township Assessor’s Staff to Collect Property Data

ROCHELLE – Flagg Township Assessor’s field staff will be collecting property data and pictures throughout the township until late fall as part of a state-mandated update to property records. Staff members will wear neon yellow vests with the Flagg Township logo and display identification on lanyards while using clipboards and cameras to gather necessary information. If staff need to measure a property, they will knock on doors to request permission, or will leave a door hanger with contact information if no one is home. Staff will never ask to enter a residence.
