ROCHELLE – The Flagg-Rochelle Park District will hold its inaugural REC Center Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, April 19th, offering participants of all fitness levels a chance to test their endurance in a supportive environment. The event features a 10-minute swim, a 20-minute indoor bike ride on Cybex cycling equipment, and a 15-minute run along the Fieldhouse path. Heats will start every 30 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the event is open to individuals ages 11 and up. With limited spots available, those interested are encouraged to register early.
