DeKalb Police Commander Graduates from FBI National Academy

DEKALB – Commander Keith Ehrke of the DeKalb Police Department has graduated from the 294th session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, the department announced earlier this month. Ehrke, who has 23 years of law enforcement experience, is the ninth officer in the department’s history to complete the program, which is attended by less than one percent of officers nationwide. The 10-week training includes advanced coursework in leadership, communication, and physical fitness. The session included 239 officers from across the U.S. and around the world. Ehrke joined the DeKalb Police Department in 2005 and currently serves as Investigations Commander and Co-Commander of the DeKalb County Major Case Squad.
