Davis Junction Considers Fireworks Budget Adjustment for July 3rd Celebration

DAVIS JUNCTION – The Village of Davis Junction is finalizing plans for the sesquicentennial event this summer and the Easter egg hunt on April 12.  At the Village regular board meeting on Tuesday, they announced that registration for the easter egg hunt will start at 10 AM, with the hunt beginning at 11 AM. Village officials also discussed the fireworks budget for the July 3rd celebration, considering a potential increase due to tariffs affecting fireworks supplies. They chose to raise the budget to $20,000, a difference that will be covered by next year’s budget.
