Davis Junction Approves Changes to Mobile Food Vendor Licenses

DAVIS JUNCTION – Davis Junction has approved changes to its mobile food vehicle licensing ordinances, allowing vendors to participate in multiple special events per year. The new ordinance approved last week removes the limit on the number of special event licenses a single mobile food vendor can obtain annually. The village also introduced an updated fee structure, which eliminates fees for special event licenses and instead takes 20% of the vendor’s profits from sales at village events.
