(Tokyo) — The Cubs have lost their season opener.
The North Siders lost 4-to-1 Tuesday morning to the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game One of the Tokyo Series in the Tokyo Dome.
Shota Imanaga was the losing pitcher after hurling four hitless innings. Ben Brown was tagged with the loss in relief.
The Cubs were held to 3 hits in the game.
The Dodgers and Cubs will play the second and final game of the Tokyo Series tomorrow morning.
