A 4-run 6th inning Saturday night gave the Chicago Cubs an 8-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 2 of their weekend series.
The big hit in the 6th inning was a 3-run home run by Ian Happ. Nico Hoerner also had an RBI single.
The Cubs had home runs in the game from Seiya Suzuki and Michael Conforto.
David Peterson pitched his first game for Chicago following the trade this week with the Mets. He picked up his 4th win as he threw 5 2/3 innings.
Jackson Chourio had a home run for the Brewers.
The rubber game in the series will be played Sunday afternoon at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
