ROCHELLE – Creston Road will be closed between Dement Road and Caron Road through May 16th for a variety of construction projects. Work includes pavement removal and replacement, the construction of new asphalt shoulders, replacement of inlets and storm sewers, and the removal and replacement of curbs and gutters. Utility poles along the south side of Creston Road, from Caron Road to Dement Road, will also be replaced. Detour signs and other traffic control devices will be posted in the area, and drivers are advised to exercise caution and follow the signage while traveling through or near the work zone.
