HARLEM — The Winnebago County Coroner is revealing a cause of death for Harlem-Roscoe firefighter and paramedic John Morgan. Morgan was found unresponsive and not breathing in a bathroom Sunday night while at work. He was pronounced dead less than an hour later. The coroner’s office conducted an autopsy and determined Morgan died of natural causes.
