Cleveland Beats The White Sox 4-3 In 10 Innings

An RBI single by Khalil Watson in the top of the 10th inning Wednesday gave the Cleveland Guardians a 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox.

The game was delayed by 2 hours and 40 minutes due to rain.

The White Sox had the bases loaded with 1 out in the 10th inning, but failed to score a run.

Chicago had tied the game at 3-3 in the bottom of the 9th inning with 2 out home runs by Braden Montgomery and Randal Grichuk.

The White Sox won 2 out of 3 games in the series and are tied for first place in the AL Central division with Cleveland.

Chicago opens up a series at home Friday night against Kansas City.
