Chris Gotterup is celebrating his fifth Tour victory after finishing atop the leaderboard at the John Deere Classic. Gotterup shot a 20 under par to win the tournament by one stroke.
He won his 3rd tournament for the season by shooting a final round 9 under par 62.
Gotterup takes home a check that totals 1.58 million dollars.
Max Homa finished in second place at 19 under par.
Ben Kohles, Lee Hodges and Lucas Glover finished tied for third at 18 under par.
Kohlz was tied with Gotterup going to the 18th hole. He hit his second shot in the water and finished with a double bogey.
50-year old Zach Johnson tied for 9th place at 16 under par.
Gotterup defends his title at the Genesis Scottish Open this week.
