OREGON — A Wisconsin child is hurt following a crash involving a golf cart and an e-bicycle near Oregon. Authorities say the eight-year-old was riding an e-bike on Sunday night when they were hit by a man driving a golf cart on a property in the 7000 block of North River Road. The child was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No citations were issued.
