California Truck Driver Sentenced 11 years For Trafficking Cocaine

ROCKFORD –  A California truck driver is going to federal prison for trafficking two-point-five-million-dollars worth of cocaine that was destined for Chicago.  Ronald Coleman was sentenced to eleven years behind bars after pleading guilty earlier this year to possession with intent to distribute.  Prosecutors say Coleman admitted that in April 2023, he was driving a semi-truck through Whiteside County on I-88 while transporting 91 grams of cocaine to a warehouse in Chicago.
