Congratulations goes out to Byron High School senior Nolan Brass who has been named 1 of the winners from the Chicago Bears Community High School award.
Brass, who plays both football and baseball for the Tigers, received the award for his accomplishments in the school and the community.
Nolan has a grade point average of 3.5. He also started the anti-bulling program called “TIE”. It stands for “Totally Include Everyone”.
Along with several gifts, the Bears will donate $500 to a charity chosen by Brass.
