Byron Bank to Host Lemonade Stand Contest During 60th Anniversary Celebration

BYRON Byron Bank will host its annual Lemonade Stand Contest on June 26 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the green space at the corner of Second and Washington streets in Byron as part of its 60th anniversary celebration, featuring local children operating lemonade stands and competing for prizes for best lemonade and best decorated stand, along with hot dogs, chips, a live broadcast from Kris Wexell and 102.3 The Coyote, ByronFest wristband giveaways, and family activities, and Marketing Officer Samantha Ciaccio said, “This is such a fun contest. It gives kids the opportunity to experience like just being young entrepreneurs and creating and running their own lemonade stands,” with registration free and open through June 24.
