BYRON – Byron Bank will host its annual Lemonade Stand Contest on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the bank’s location in Byron. The event gives kids a chance to showcase their creativity and business skills by setting up their own lemonade stands.
Samantha Ciaccio, Marketing Officer with Byron Bank said it’s a great way to introduce young minds to commerce.
“The one thing that we really want to do is we just want to teach the kids the basics of running a business in a fun, hands-on way, and then being able to come up with the plan of how they’re going to sell it,” she said.
Participants will compete in two categories: best lemonade and best decorated stand, with prizes including a bowling outing and a trip to a local golf course. 102.3 The Coyote will be broadcasting live during the event, and attendees can also win ByronFest wristbands. Registration for the contest begins on May 30th and can be done online or at any Byron Bank location.
