The Bears are locking up their three-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman with a new contract.
Chicago is signing Joe Thuney to a two-year contract extension that is worth 17.5-million-dollars per season. That move makes Thuney’s three-year contract worth 51-million-dollars with 33.5-million-dollars fully guaranteed at signing.
The 32-year-old was entering the final year of his deal after being acquired in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs in March.
