DEKALB COUNTY — Authorities have identified the victims of two fatal crashes in DeKalb County. The man who died in a single-vehicle crash last Friday night in Kingston Township has been identified as a 31-year-old Joshua Tally of DeKalb, whose car veered off Illinois Route 72 and struck a tree. In a separate incident, 77-year-old Kayla M. Ford of Waterman passed away after a crash in rural DeKalb County, where she was transported to a Rockford hospital and later succumbed to her injuries. Both crashes remain under investigation by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
