UTICA — The Illinois Department of Natural Resources announced an Art in the Park workshop will be held Feb. 28 at Starved Rock State Park in Oglesby. The workshop will introduce the Zentangle Method, a simple drawing style that uses structured patterns to create images. Registration is available online through Starved Rock Eventbrite.
