POLO — Amanda Manthei was officially sworn in as a new alderwoman during the Polo City Council meeting on May 18. Manthei will fill the remaining term of former Alderman James Busser, which expires on May 1, 2029. City officials also thanked Busser for his 11 years of service to the City of Polo and the community. Officials welcomed Manthei as the newest member of the Polo City Council.
