DAVIS JUNCTION — A 59-year-old Poplar Grove man was taken to Rochelle Community Hospital for evaluation of a possible injury after a two vehicle crash Monday morning, according to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the crash happened around 7:45 a.m. at Illinois Route 72 and North Park Street when a westbound vehicle driven by a 16 year old struck the rear of a westbound SUV that had slowed in traffic. No citations were issued. Lynn Scott Rock Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
