Pocket Park Ribbon Cutting Held In Downtown Rochelle

ROCHELLE — City officials and community members gathered Thursday for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Pocket Park on 4th Avenue in downtown Rochelle. The city said it was pleased to celebrate the completion of the project and thanked the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce for hosting the event. The new public space is located across from the Flagg Township Museum and was created to help revitalize the downtown area after a condemned building was demolished at the site.
