New 60-Unit Senior Housing Community Opens in Rochelle, Expanding Affordable Living Options for Residents 55+

ROCHELLE — Lincoln Avenue Communities has completed construction on Willis Senior Lofts, a new 60-unit affordable housing development for seniors in Rochelle. The community will serve residents aged 55 and older, with most units reserved for households earning below 60% of the area median income. A grand opening and ribbon cutting is scheduled for July 25th at 10 AM, celebrating the new housing opportunity and investment in the Rochelle area. The project was supported by state and local leaders and financed through tax credits and loans from the Illinois Housing Development Authority, Chase, and CREA.
