The Chicago White Sox scored 2 runs in the 9th inning Tuesday night and beat the Seattle Mariners 2-1.

Chase Meidroth tied the game with a RBi single.

The winning run came home on a single Andrew Benintendi.

Grant Taylor struck out the side in the 9th inning for his first save this season. Bryan Hudson got the win in relief.

Seattle had only 1 hit in the game.

The rubber game in the series will be played Wednesday afternoon in Seattle.
