DeKalb County Forest Preserve Offers Bioblitz Event

WATERMAN — Chief Shabbona Forest Preserve will host a Bioblitz on Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Attendees can learn how to document local biodiversity using iNaturalist and participate in the City Nature Challenge while exploring the environment around them. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, please refer to the DeKalb County Forest Preserve District’s Facebook page. These preserves remain open daily for public use.
