Franz Wagner had 25 points and Jamal Cain 20 for the Magic.
It was the 5th straight win for Orlando.
Tre Jones led Chicago with 23 points as they fall to (31-50) for the season.
It was their first 50-loss season since the 2018-19 team lost 60 games.
The Bulls wrap up their season on Sunday at Dallas.
