ROCHELLE – Changes Counseling will host an ice cream social Friday, July 11, from 2 to 4 p.m. at 604 N. Main St. in Rochelle to celebrate 15 years of service and thank the community for its support. The organization has provided confidential counseling to individuals, couples, youth and families across rural Illinois since 2010, offering help through a team of licensed, experienced therapists.
