MORRISON — A 37-year-old Sterling man is accused of robbing a bank in Morrison. Police say the suspect entered a Community State Bank Saturday and handed a teller a note demanding money. The teller gave him money and the suspect escaped before officers arrived. Investigators later arrested Ryan Hicks for aggravated robbery. Hicks was taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
