The Rockies avoided being swept at home by securing a 6-4 win over the White Sox.
Mickey Moniak led the way for Colorado, going three-for-four with a home run and three RBIs, while Michael Toglia clubbed a two-run shot of his own. Zach Agnos picked up the victory in relief and Seth Halvorsen locked down his eighth save. The Rockies improved to 21-and-69, the worst record in Major League Baseball.
Mike Tauchman and Colson Montgomery both collected two hits and an RBI in the defeat.
Shane Smith allowed five runs in four-and-a-third innings of work, getting the loss. Chicago falls to 30-and-60 on the season.
The White Sox play at home Monday against Toronto.
