The Spurs were led by MVP candidate Victor Wembanyama with 41 points and 16 rebounds.
Stephon Castle also had 21 points and 10 assists for the Spurs.
Tre Jones led the Bulls with 23 points.
The Bulls return to the United Center court on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers.
