Petunia Festival Parade Today in Downtown Dixon

DIXON — The 61st annual Petunia Festival Parade will take place today at 1 PM, continuing the event’s longest-running tradition. The parade will feature more than 100 entries and is expected to draw large crowds along the route. The procession begins at St. Mary’s School, travels down Peoria Avenue, circles Haymarket Square, crosses the river on First Street, and ends at the Dixon High School parking lot.
