Lee County EMA Director Retires After Years of Public Service

DIXON – Kevin Lalley officially retired at the end of June as Director of the Lee County Emergency Management Agency, ending his long career in public safety. Lalley reflected on his time working with first responders, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen emergency preparedness and response in Lee County in a social media post. He expressed confidence in the agency’s future and thanked residents and colleagues for their support.
