SAVANNA — Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie announced the winners of her 2025 Photo Contest, which invited residents of the 89th legislative district to submit images capturing the people and places of the region during spring. Lincoln Smith of Byron took first place, followed by Michelle Hubbard of Mt. Carroll in second and Kristina Linenfelser of Galena in third. The selected photographs will be displayed in McCombie’s Savanna district and Springfield Capitol offices and can be viewed online at RepMcCombie.com.
