Creston Board Considers Buying Property Next to Maintenance Building

CRESTON – The Creston Village Board discussed the possible purchase of the property at 128 East North Street last week, with an asking price of $80,000. Village officials said acquiring the property could allow expansion or improvements to the adjacent maintenance building, using the 66-foot right-of-way next to the site. Negotiations were ongoing.
