The Thunder played with out star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander due to a abdominal strain.
Jared McCain had 20 points and Isaiah Joe with 19 for Oklahoma City.
The Bulls were led by Collin Sextion who had 20 points.
Chicago has now lost 12 out of their last 13 games. They play at Phoenix on Thursday night.
