ROCHELLE – DPI Construction will begin excavation for the stage footings in the alley between 4th and 5th Avenues in Rochelle starting this week. The alley will remain closed and rear access to buildings in the 400 block of Lincoln Highway will be restricted. Parking lots 1 and 2 will remain open during this portion of the project.
