Byron’s Caden Considine Signs With Illinois To Play College Football

Caden Considine of Byron made it official on Wednesday when he signed a letter of intent to play college football at the University of Illinois.

Caden received a scholarship offer this past weekend to play safety for the Illini.

Considine played both fullback and linebacker for 4 years at Byron. He was a 2-time All-State player and was a member of 2 Class 3A State Championship Teams.

For his career, he rushed for 5,104 yards and had 82 touchdowns.

He said it was a dream come true to play at Illinois and the Big 10 Conference.

Caden plans to major in finance at U of I.
