ROCHELLE – The Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District is hosting a Seed Library Kick Off today from noon to 2 p.m. at 619 4th Avenue in Rochelle. The free community event offers seed giveaways, gardening activities, and information provided by the Illinois Extension and Ogle County Master Gardeners.
