SYCAMORE — Give & Take DeKalb County will host a free baby and children’s clothing swap from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 14, at Federated Church in Sycamore. Families can bring gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories, but donations are not required to participate.
Clothing will be available from newborn through children’s extra large sizes. “And so we thought, why not have an event all in one place as our kids keep growing and we’re all kind of asking what we have in each other’s closets,” organizer Natalie Corillo said
WIC will provide information about its free diaper program for qualifying families, and Havana Coffee Roast will serve coffee. Donations will also be accepted Nov. 5 and 6 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to noon at the church.
