SYCAMORE – A motorcyclist was killed Sunday afternoon in a crash on DeKalb Avenue in Sycamore. Police said the crash occurred around 4 p.m. in the 1700 block and involved a motorcycle and an SUV. The rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim is being withheld pending family notification. The Sycamore Police Department, DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, and DeKalb County Coroner’s Office are investigating the crash.
