DIXON — The annual Scarecrow Festival will fill six blocks of downtown Dixon on Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with more than 100 vendors, food trucks, live music and family activities.
“We’ll have pumpkin painting, a petting zoo, costume characters, craft vendors and of course the Pumpkin Derby at 1 p.m. on Hennepin,” said Jennifer Lang, events director with Discover Dixon. “It is six blocks of family fun, and our downtown businesses will be open with specials as well.”
