Rochelle Street Closure Scheduled For Railroad Work

ROCHELLE — Ninth Street between First Avenue and Lincoln Avenue in Rochelle will close for one week starting Monday for railroad quiet zone crossing repairs and an underground utility project, with the east sidewalk also closed while the west sidewalk remains open; parking for the Rochelle Railroad Park will be available in a grass lot south of the BNSF tracks through the First Avenue entrance, and drivers are advised to follow detour signs.
