HINCKLEY — Hinckley police say a juvenile was identified after posting a video falsely claiming to urinate on playground slides in local parks. Investigators determined the juvenile had sprayed water on a slide and pretended it was urine. Out of caution, officials sanitized all playground slides, and the case is considered resolved.
